HIKING, YOGA AND MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Easy hiking route around Marbella, such as El Juanar, Istán, La Cascada, etc. The duration of the walking route is approximately 1 hour and a half.

In this workshop we do a yoga class, pranayama: breathing exercises and meditation outdoors for 1 hour and a half and we finish with lunch.

Approximate hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We enjoy nature, meet new friends and do a very healthy activity.
