POSITIVE THINKING WORKSHOP

This workshop is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
It is based on the reading of sacred texts, philosophical yoga, positive thinking and self-help.

The workshop is very active with a circle of questions.
The answers are made open to the group to help the person express himself from the heart, helping to harmonize self-esteem and release emotions.

We end the workshop with Relaxation, Pranayama (relaxation exercises that help calm the mind and nervous system), Mantras (devotional chant from India that helps Meditation) and Meditation as the ultimate goal for peace and harmony.

Here are some positive thoughts:
“Life is what happens to you while you insist on making other plans.”
“The end of suffering occurs when we accept the situation. Not accepting causes us pain… do not resist. It is not the situation that makes you suffer, but the interpretation of what happens, that is, your thoughts.”
“Some are willing to do anything, except to live here and now.” John Lennon Sivananda said that yoga is more poetry than prose, because poetry brings you closer to the divine that you have.
“Each person is responsible for himself, his illness and his healing, and this is achieved when one begins to love everything that one is, since our soul has wanted us to be that way. Being oneself and nothing more than that , not seek to be something else, or want to meet ideals or reach models. E.Bach
“Authentic happiness is inner happiness that is free from disturbing thoughts and some understanding of reality (wisdom). It is a state permeated with love and compassion. It is very different from seeking an endless succession of pleasurable experiences. That is a recipe for burnout That’s what people try to do and then collapse from exhaustion.
Those who have not found their true wealth, which is the radiant joy of Being and the deep and unshakeable peace that goes with it, are beggars, even if they have a lot of material wealth.

They look outside for crusts of pleasure or fulfillment for acceptance, security or love, while carrying within them a treasure that not only includes all these things but is infinitely greater than anything the world has to offer.” ECKHART TOLLE

“Live life passionately, love yourself first and then you can love others, be an inspiration to yourself and others will follow suit.” Michelle Julia
